What does ‘Grey Import’ Mean?
Many people are attracted to grey imports because of the great prices, however the majority of people don’t actually know what a grey import product is.
A grey import is a product sourced from outside of the UK. In most cases this comes with no warranty of the product. Some manufacturers may refuse to undertake chargeable repairs if your item is a grey import. The price often looks attractive because it is VAT free, however you may be liable for import duty and VAT on receipt of the goods. If the product goes missing in transit, you will most likely be liable, and once the seller has received payment of goods, will show no further interest in any errors that may occur. Grey Importers often remove products from their original protective packaging, and store them in damp, humid conditions that encourage fungal growth within the optics. This seriously affects the efficiency and life span of the product. To read our full statement on grey imports Click Here
*Please Note* We only sell UK Stock! All our stock is supplied by official UK importers.
All our New equipment prices quoted Include VAT. Some Used equipment prices don't have any VAT present in the sale such as Commission sales and Dealer margin sales. If you are buying New goods from outside the EU the VAT will be deducted at the check out.
Do you buy used equipment?
We do not generally buy used equipment, however we may take items in part exchange, depending on the model and condition of the product. If the option for part exchange is not possible, we do offer selling most products on commission for our customers. A 20% fee will be charged and we must give our customers a 1 Month Guarantee on used products.

Please contact us with details on the item you wish to part exchange/sell on commission, or bring the items in store for more information.
We do repair equipment, however in some cases, parts for certain cameras/models prove to be very difficult to get hold of. So it is always best to have a chat with our repairman with further details about your equipment. Our repairman usually works in store on Mondays and Fridays, but please check his availability before travelling.

Why should I provide my mobile phone number when placing an order?
When sending most items we use DPD delivery service. We include your mobile phone number when booking in your delivery, in order for you to receive texts messages/emails with tracking details. DPD will send you a text on the morning of your delivery with your personal delivery time slot.
What does this stock message mean? “Out of Stock. Order now for delivery in 5-6 days.”
This message will appear on items that are out of stock. When you purchase an item with this message online or by phone, we will then place an order with our stockists to have the item back in stock. As soon as we receive the item, we will then have it shipped out to you.
5-6 working days is just an estimate and we cannot guarantee when the item will arrive. However, the estimated date will be outlined to you after your purchase and we will notify you when we have received the item to be sent out to you. We will send the item out to you as soon as we can.
