We offer Free UK Mainland Delivery for orders over £75. Provided by Royal Mail on a 1-3 Working Day Service for items under 2kg, that are in stock and ordered before 3pm. Shipping outside of the UK Mainland, areas of Scotland and Scottish Highlands may incur delays in the service. We cannot accept responsibility for issues or delays once shipments are handed over to Royal Mail.

We offer Free UK Mainland Next Working Day Delivery by 12pm with DPD for orders over £150. This service is also available for £6.99 on orders below £150. Next day delivery is not available to the Republic of Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Inverness, Aberdeen and Dumfries & Galloway. We cannot accept responsibility for issues or delays once shipments are handed over to DPD.

“DPD offer an hourly delivery slot for all customers, which saves you having to wait in all day! On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive a text/email with your hourly postage slot. Closer to the time of delivery you will then receive a 15 minute delivery slot. Order below £75 will include a £4.50 delivery charge, you can upgrade to DPD Next Day for £6.99.

International delivery charges are calculated at checkout through Royal Mail and UPS depending on your location, value and weigh of the items.

Klarna Finance orders cannot be re directed to a pick up point any only delivered to the nominated address.

Bank holidays and closures will effect orders, shipments will be delivered on the next available working day.

Returns

You may cancel your online order at any time prior to your order being processed. We hope you’ll be more than happy with your new purchase. However if there is an issue, we offer a 7 day* returns service. 

Online Orders

You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt by sending the goods back to us. All items must be in their as new, sealable condition. 

In-Store Purchases

For In-store purchases, we can only offer store credit in exchange for the return of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on products bought in store, unless they are faulty. You will be given a credit note to spend in store or online, after inspection of the goods.We will accept any item, provided that it is still in its sealable, ‘as new’ condition and the product has not been used. If the box has been opened for examination, there must be no marks or damage to the product or its packaging. The item must be returned in its original box, with all accessories included. Any free items sold with the product must also be returned in their ‘as new’ condition. The item must be returned with its original invoice. 

*The 7 day returns period begins the day after your receipt of the product.


Returning Faulty/Incorrect Items

If it appears that your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please get into contact with us as soon as possible. We may either offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days, depending on your preference. You must notify us of any damages/faults within 10 working days of receipt.

All new products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If your item develops a fault whilst under warranty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you where to send the item for repair. There will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the relevant service centre.

Out of Stock

Seen this stock message and not sure what it means? “Out of Stock. Order now for delivery in 5-6 days.”

This message will appear on items that are out of stock. When you purchase an item with this message online or by phone, we will then place an order with our stockists to have the item back in stock. As soon as we receive the item, we will then have it shipped out to you. 5-6 working days is just an estimate and we cannot guarantee when the item will arrive. However, the estimated date will be outlined to you after your purchase and we will notify you when we have received the item to be sent out to you. We will send the item out to you as soon as we can.
